Yam and NJ helped us to organize our Tsum Valley and Manaslu trek. It was straightforward and the two of them were extremely helpful, timely in their communication, and friendly. Our guide’s name was Santa. He was fantastic. Santa has years of both portering and guiding experience so he is well-acquainted with the trails, villages, and what to expect along the way. He is level-headed, laidback, and has a great sense of humour. He goes out of his way to ensure his clients are well taken care of, is friendly with everyone on the trails, and values his relationships with local villagers in the guesthouses and restaurants we stopped at along the way - so nice to see! We were very lucky to have him as a guide and would recommend him to anyone wanting to trek in Nepal! Thank you Santa - yumyum!

My girlfriend and I reached out to Nepal Planet Treks looking to do a trek in Nepal. After explaining what we were after, Sanjib recommended the Manaslu–Tsum Valley trek. Once we heard what was included and the price, we booked immediately—it was great value for money. Before we arrived, Sanjib handled everything with minimal effort on our part and responded quickly to any questions or queries we had. When we landed, Sanjib met us at the airport and made us feel incredibly welcome. He spent time with us in Thamel, making sure we had everything we needed for the trek. The trek itself was amazing. We were lucky to be paired with our guide, Ram, who was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about the area, clearly passionate, always found us the best tea houses, and made sure we were never hungry. He adapted the route depending on the conditions and always kept us informed, which we really appreciated. Thanks to his expertise, we were often able to avoid the crowds and enjoy the peace and beauty of the valley to ourselves. Our porter, Bikash, was also fantastic and helped make the experience smooth and enjoyable. This trek was truly unforgettable, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Nepalese adventure. From start to finish, our experience with Nepal Planet Treks was fantastic. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough!

I met some truly wonderful people. The Everest Base Camp Trek was very special to me. I had a great time. My guide and the porters were truly valuable and kind. I’m definitely looking forward to experiencing a different route next time. I’ve already recommended it to my friends. I highly recommend it!

Engaged Nepal Planet Treks and Expedition for the second time! Successfully completed Everest Base Camp + 3 Passes (Kongma La, Chola La, Renjo La). Very friendly and professional guides: Mr Yam & Mr Jiban. It was a physically and mentally demanding trail, but we all were well taken care of. Allows flexible arrangement during the trek. Sanjib, the manager is a lovely guy, always cheerful and helpful. I would love to come back to them again on my next Nepal's visit.
