We booked a trek to langtang and could organise most things from back home via e-mail and whatsapp. Sanjib is very quick and accurate to answer all type of questions. When we arrived in Kathmandu we went to the agency to pay and to discuss the last details. We had a great guide, shiva, who was fun, smart and a very nice company for us. We recommend to travel with this agency and we would ask for shiva again for a further treks.

I booked the trekking tour to EBC at the beginning, but the flight to Lukla had been cancelled due to bad weather and I changed my plan immediately to ABC after 2 days waiting. Sanjib answered all my questions before and during my trip, and my guide Jiban did his best to accommodate my needs in short notice. Oct is a very peak season for ABC trek and it’s difficult to get a decent room if you did not plan/ book ahead. I wasn’t totally satisfied with the room arrangement but I could tell they tried their best all the way to secure a bed for me. After I finished my trekking and spent some time in Nepal on my own, Sanjib was still in contact with me and offered help even I didn’t ask. I’m very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Jak our guide provided a deep insight of life and culture in upper mustang. He considered all our ideas and enabeled us a perfect trip. He has great knowledge of wildlife (especially birds). The organisation was perfect: From the uncomplicated and fast communication organising the trip, pick up from the airport, shuttel transports and hotels, trekking permits and sightseeing in Kathmandu. The price was absolutly fair.

We did a private 8 day Jomsom-Muktinath trek with Nepal Planet Treks and Expedition. Our guide Jiban and help Roshan were amazing at their profession. They made sure we have a great experience. From guiding us in the mountain, being flexible with the trekking schedule, making sure we eat right food and have comfortable lodging, educating us about local culture and social interactions, and entertaining us every night with exposing us to Nepali music and folk dance. They created some beautiful Nepal memories for us. These folks are extremely professional, clear in their communication about all aspect of the trip and very flexible if their is change in itinerary.
