After having breakfast, you need to take a Jeep to reach Tatopani. Kagbei Village is situated approximately 50 kilometers (31 miles) away from Tatopani by road. It takes around 3-4 hours to reach the village from Tatopani by Jeep. However, road conditions can be challenging in some parts, especially during the monsoon season or after heavy rainfall. The route is characterized by mountainous terrain, narrow and winding roads, and occasional rough patches.
Kagbei Village is located in a remote area, and lodging options might be limited. If you’re planning to stay overnight, it’s recommended that you inquire about available accommodation facilities in advance. Alternatively, you may consider camping.
After breakfast, we will be continuing our journey in a Jeep. The drive from Kagbeni to Ghami will take us through a rugged path that showcases the magnificent landscapes of the Mustang region. The wheels of the Jeep will conquer rocky terrain, cross riverbeds, and ancient villages. After having breakfast, we were driven by Jeep to transport Ghami to Lo Manthang, a remote village located in Nepal’s Mustang district. The journey was quite rugged and showcased the stunning landscapes of the Himalayas, as we had to cross rivers and traverse challenging terrain. Despite the difficulties, Ghami enjoyed the exhilarating ride and was quite excited to explore the ancient capital of Lo Manthang. We spent the night in Lo Manthang village.
After having breakfast, we will spend the entire day sightseeing in Lo Manthang. Lo Manthang is a remote and ancient village situated in the Mustang District of Nepal. It is located high in the Himalayas and is renowned for its unique Tibetan culture and breathtaking landscapes. Chhuksang is determined to drive back to Kalopani, but the rugged terrain will test his skills as he maneuvers through treacherous slopes and winding roads.
