We invite you to take advantage of our special offers for adventure holiday safaris, making your trip to Nepal unforgettable. Join us in 2020 or 2021 for the best prices and deals for your safari experience in Bardiya National Park.
Bardiya National Park is more isolated than Royal Chitwan, which contributes to its fewer resorts and visitors, adding to the excitement of exploring the jungle. All accommodations border the Bardiya Jungle, enhancing the overall experience.
The Bardia Jungle Safari day tour is designed by Nepal Planet Treks for travelers who wish to visit Bardiya National Park. This day tour includes activities such as tiger tracking, elephant tracking, jungle and nature walks, bird watching, full-day wildlife sightseeing, jeep safaris, dolphin sightseeing, camping, and hiking. We are confident that you will have the opportunity to see a tiger, one of the most impressive and formidable animals, during your safari in Bardiya National Park.
We are flying to Kathmandu and then to Nepalgunj. From Nepalgunj Airport, we will drive approximately 90 km to Bardia National Park, which will take around two hours. After arriving at the resort, the manager will brief us on the activities planned for the following days. In the evening, we can explore Tharu Village before returning to the resort for the night.
After having a hearty breakfast, we will start our activities by exploring the jungle in a jeep around the national park. You can enjoy a full day of stunning views while looking for rhinos, wild elephants, Bengal tigers, swamp deer, Gangetic dolphins, and many more. The jungle is home to 53 different mammals, including 23 species.
We will also visit the Crocodile Breeding Center and the Tharu Museum. Additionally, there are viewing towers in the jungle from which you can observe animals passing by. Throughout the tour, our experienced nature guide will assist you in tracking wildlife. After an exciting day, we will return to our hotel for the night.
It is the third day in Bardiya National Park. Today, you will have a full day to relax and enjoy the jungle. In the early morning, we will take you on an elephant ride to explore deep into the jungle. This will give us another chance to see wildlife, including tigers and many other animals such as rhinos. It will be a day filled with activities. You will spend the night at a resort or lodge.ge.
After breakfast, drive to Nepalgunj airport and fly back to Kathmandu. Depending on your flight schedule, if you have time after arrival, you can visit the nearby places around the hotel. Overnight in Kathmandu.
