You can start by flying to Lukla, then make your way through Namche, Tengboche, and Dingboche before reaching the Island base camp. From there, you can summit the mountain and return to Dingboche or Namche before flying back to Kathmandu. This entire journey takes around 12 days from Kathmandu to Kathmandu.
